Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Business System Analyst to join our team supporting a government contract on Redstone Arsenal. This position is expected to be Remote.
Responsibilities include:
Provides expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the business plan and client requirements. Analyzes functional user requirements, procedures, and problems and makes recommendations. Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing. Defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Documents requirements and translates into proper system requirement specifications.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication
- Ability to prepare written reports, publications, and presentation models
- Experience with information technology systems
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment using a variety of tools
- Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors +5 years of experience or an Associates and 7+ years of experience
Other Requirements:
Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance
