Juniper Networks is seeking a motivated, detail oriented and quantitative individual to join our Business operations team as CPQ Business Systems Analyst. We are looking for a person who thrives in a multi-project and fast-faced environment with a solid background in implementing CPQ and SaaS applications.
About the Role : A CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and implementing solutions using the CPQ system. They work closely with team members to understand their needs and help streamline processes related to sales quotes and product configuration.
Responsibilities :- Engage with Product Managers to intimately understand and document product requirements
- Help define product use cases and confirm business requirements account for the various use cases.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to understand the company's business requirements and ensure the CPQ solution meets those needs
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend process changes to optimize the sales process
- Drive CPQ Roadmap across Sales Operations, IT and Product Management.
- Triage new requests and set appropriate delivery expectations with business partners
- Design, test, and implement CPQ solutions, including configuring products, pricing, and quotes
- Deliver training and support to sales teams on the use of CPQ tools and processes
- Work with IT teams to ensure the CPQ solution integrates seamlessly with other systems such as CRM and ERP
- Stay ahead of industry trends and standard processes for CPQ solutions and make recommendations for improvement
- Gather requirements, create functional specifications, and lead the implementation of new CPQ features and enhancements
- Monitor and conduct regular analysis of CPQ data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize the sales process
- Manage Juniper’s Global price list, review proposed changes to the price list and help publishing the price list to partners at regular intervals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong experience working with teams in support of launching new products or services
- Strong understanding of sales processes and how they can be optimized using CPQ technology
- 2+ years’ Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Understanding of New Product Introduction(NPI) processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum Salary: $90,000.00
Maximum Salary:$138,000.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $90,000.00 and $138,000.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
