Job Summary
The busser is responsible to supply servers with supplies for the front of the
house to function effectively. Responsible for general table maintenance and cleanliness of
restaurant in accordance to specification, in a courteous and efficient manner.
Requirements:Responsibilities and Duties:
1. The busser is responsible for serving general items such as soups, salads, and
beverages to guests as necessary.
2. Setting tables with proper set-ups and glassware, and restocks server stations.
3. Clean tabletops and chairs for set up and breakdown of service
The busser position is a pivotal support role for the service staff. It is a requirement to be
proactive, and driven to help the service staff in order to provide excellent customer service.
Skills Required:
The applicant should have
1. 2+ years experience in a direct titled busser, barback, or foodrunner role.
2. Excellent time management
3. A proactive attitude
4. Ability to work in a large team is necessary.
5. Previous Fine Dining Experience
6. High school diploma or equivalent is required
7. Ability to push/pull/lift a tray of 15+ pounds
