Cascade Café Cashier
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated (Cascade Café Cashier) to become an integral part of our team! As a Cascade Café Cashier, you will be tasked with keeping your area clean, keeping guests smiling and making sure everything is running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Þ Provide excellent customer service
Þ Greet customers and help determine their order
Þ Process transaction (cash, credit/debit, apple pay, etc.)
Þ Issue receipts and change
Þ Operate the POS system and Waitlist
Þ Gather customer information to notify them when their order is ready
Þ Respond to customer inquiries and record customer suggestion
Þ Issue out the correct food order to the customers
Þ Maintain a clean workspace
Þ Sweep, Mop, and wash dishes during down time
Þ Restock the area with needed supplies (Example: Straws, lids, cups, napkins, commandments)
Þ Provide excellent customer’s service
Þ Up selling add on such as beverages, desserts, etc.
Þ Prepare customers drink orders
Þ Refill ice bins
Þ Assist Cooks with food
Þ Any assignment given by management
Qualification:
Þ High School diploma or equivalent
Þ Customer service and cashier experience
Þ Ability to handle transaction accurately and responsibly
Þ High energy and strong customer service
Þ Basic math and computer skills
Þ Attention to details
Þ Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team member in fast pace, environment to provide excellent service.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
