Title: Call Center Agent (NBCU – New York, NY)
Work Schedule: 2pm-11pm

Job description:
  • Answer phones and respond to a variety of general inquiries and/or refer to the appropriate department or person.
  • Input all requests in facilities ticketing system routing to appropriate teams in an efficient manner with appropriate level of classification.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with callers when appropriate to provide them with status updates on their requests.
  • Ensure every call is answered with enthusiasm and each caller has an efficient and memorable experience.
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings, reviewing all relevant info needed to stay connected to the overall Hospitality and Facilities Teams.
  • Track and report any relevant data important to the goals of the operations of the call center.
  • Training of new hires, as well as the ongoing training of current staff, to ensure consistently high levels of professionalism among staff members.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and how this will affect the responses to requests.
