Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Columbus, Ohio 43219
Pay: $19.17/hour
Start date/duration: ASAP
Assignment Type: 6-month temp to hire
Hours: Hours Shifts between Mon-Sat 6AM-10PM (Must be available to work any 40 hours shift between these hours)
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
Job Description:
· Client Facing Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries to their accounts.
· Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
· Functional support areas include Cash Management products and services, Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
Requirements:
· NO COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT
· Post high school education is required.
· Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
· Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
Additional Info:
Remote capabilities = a functioning computer (laptop or desktop – MAC or PC), reliable high speed internet, quiet workspace, and a phone line.
Candidates need to be 110% comfortable with either the possibility of working remote or onsite at any given time. Candidates will also need to have the proper remote capabilities.
