Call Center Representative (Remote/Hybrid)
TalentoHCM has partnered with a client whose offerings include Medicaid Management Information Systems, fiscal agent services, program integrity, care management, immunization registry, and eligibility services. They are looking to add a Call Center Representative to their organization for a long-term assignment.
Responsibilities
- Assist callers in a fast paced Call Center environment 100% of the time.
- Communicate with the client by answering questions, resolving issues and clarifying information.
- Handle a high volume of calls in a professional manner.
Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in a Call Center environment
- Recommended - Prior Healthcare or Medicaid experience strongly preferred
- Ability to handle high volume of calls in a professional manner
- Demonstrated verbal and written skills
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office required
- Ability to multi-task and Strong organizational skills
- Candidate must be legally authorized to work in US without sponsorship.
- Candidate must be able to convert to a permanent employee after 90 days, if offered an employment opportunity.
- Position will be remote until return to work requirement has been established. At that time the position location will be Conway, AR.
