American Management Association, who has been a top employer in the Adirondack region since 1957, is recruiting ten (10) In-Office Sales Representatives (Regional Account Managers), in Saranac Lake, NY.

Regional Account Managers (RAMs) must have stellar customer service skills to build strong relationships with AMA’s clientele. RAMs sell AMA products & services (i.e., business skill seminars, webinars, e-Learning, etc.) to existing and prospect corporate customers.

Job Highlights:
  • $41K starting base salary, a generous variable commission and incentive plan, and exceptional benefits.
  • Previous sales experience a plus, but not required.
  • Existing list of clients.
  • Comprehensive onboarding and training included.
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve stated monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets by initiating sales contacts to targeted customers to generate revenue.
  • Conduct training needs assessments with customers, research available options and recommend appropriate training solutions.
  • Execute corporate marketing strategies for new business acquisition, customer retention and account development.
  • Actively maintain and grow individual and company relationships by providing exceptional customer service and developing additional sales opportunities.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to effectively manage leads and accounts.
  • Other related duties.
Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or equivalent required; college preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • A can-do attitude and a curiosity to learn required.
