- Due to the fluctuating and physical demands of Camp Bow Wowsoperation, (such as cleaning, bending, standing for long periods, stooping,lifting to 40lbs, and possibly working weekends & holidays) it may benecessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions;therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to helpothers when the occasion arises, just as other employees are expected tohelp you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks asneeded or directed.
- Adhere to all the various written mandatory standards of operations,policies and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc., all ofwhich make up the essential functions of the job.
- Ensure the utmost safety and cleanliness for Campers and Counselors.
- Interview all dogs for socially acceptable behavior.
- Monitor all Day Campers and Night Campers and ensure a clean andsafe environment.
- Ensure all feedings and medications for Campers with dailychecklists.
- Follow established service protocols and procedures for training ofstaff.
- Be a Hands on Manager. Participate and assist in all operationalprocedures.
- Hold quarterly meetings with Camp Counselors.
- Attend weekly one-on-one meetings with Owner(s).
- Maintain Retail Inventory & Supplies.
- Maintain attendance and tardiness records of Camp Counselors.
- Assist in budget process and monitoring of expense/revenue goals.
- Assist with overseeing of maintenance projects within Camp Bow Wowproperty
