Responsibilities:
- Assists residents with activities of daily living
- Assists with mobility and transportation care
- Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence
- Displays an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff
- Functions as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties
