Multiple locations for Day, Afternoon, and Evening shifts (New Hudson, Howell, Novi, Brighton, Clarkston). 8-12 hour shifts. Opportunity to work with a Wellness/ Care Team at our Independent living facility (New Hudson) providing care to Residents from a service plan. And additional Private Duty openings. Our Goal is to have you on a re-occurring schedule that best fits you and clients!

The $15.50/hr (W2) starting rate is effective upon a completed/ up to date profile and depends on experience. We value your experience and dedication! After working 300 hours, you may be eligible for a pay increase, which is also based on reliability and performance!

Job Duties:

  • Personal care (Bathing and dressing)
  • Incontinence care (Brief changing/Cleanliness)

  • We are a growing company that is currently expanding locations with most of our clients and facilities located surrounding New Hudson, South Lyon, Brighton, Hartland, Fenton, Howell, Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti, Novi/Farmington, Commerce, White Lake, and surrounding areas. This would be where the shifts are available, but the interview and orientation process would occur in our head office in New Hudson, Michigan. Is this drivable for the orientation process?
  • We also hold an orientation (complete interview/onboarding paperwork, signed in to Axiscare App, meet the Team, and provided a name badge) on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:30 AM until 12:30 PM during the week if the phone interview goes well. We will schedule this after the phone interview if the above makes sense. Does the above time work for you?
  • For Compensation: Our starting base rate is $15 but upon completed profile and experience the base rate becomes $15.50 (or $16 with 1099 contracted rate); and paid weekly on Fridays. Having a valid CNA provides a $.50 cent rate increase. Through our Axiscare App, there are opportunities when shifts will be more $$/ hr (up to $22/hr) based on immediate coverage needs and there is the ability to make Holiday 1.5x and overtime pay depending on your availability. There is a performance review after working 300 hours, where you may be eligible for our employer health plans (under W2) and an increase in your base pay. Additionally, the option to participate in a 401K plan after 6 months. Our Caregivers are required to have a CPR certification (valid for two years- performed online for a low-cost) & TB test (results within a year or low-cost options available).
