Caregiver Job Duties include:
- Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Provide and plan person-centered care and activities
- Respite Care
- Assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and transportation (Homecare clients)
- Comply with all documentation requirements
Caregiver Requirements
- One year experience in home care\nursing facility
- TB Skin Test/Chest X-Ray
- Driver’s License
- Reliable car / Auto insurance
- Clean background and criminal record
