Responsibilities of a CNA include, but are not limited to:

Turning or re positioning patients

Transferring clients from beds and wheelchairs with use of transfer belts or mechanical lifts

Gathering supplies for the LVN or RN

Obtaining vital signs per protocol

Observe and monitor changes in client's health condition

Answering patient calls

Bathing and dressing patients

Documentation of information obtained

Feeding patients, measuring and recording their food and liquid intake

Combing hair, shaving, caring for nails and brushing teeth

Prepare rooms for admissions

Dressing wounds and Helping with any minor medical procedures

Assisting patients with elimination duties.

CNA sponsorship / job-opportunity requires interviewing and acceptance by the sponsoring partner skilled nursing facilities. Your commitment is 6 months to 1 year full-time employment in our partner skilled nursing facilities.

CNA Trainee Requirements:

Must successfully pass a criminal record screening and background check

Submit two forms of ID compliant with I-9 requirements (ex. driver's license, passport, social security card or birth certificate)

Complete the required physical/health examination and TB test or chest x-ray

Must pass the CNA state competency exam

Escondido Location Weekdays Mon- Thurs. 7:00am-3:30 pm

February 24th orientation 10 - noon

San Diego Location Weekdays – Mon-Fri 7:00am – 3:30pm
