Caregiver/ HCA/ CNA Needed Part Time Day Shift - Will Train Job at A Better Solution Home Care WA
SHIFT NEED: Mon - Friday Mid day availability for 4 hour shift (10AM-2PM, 1-5PM, 11AM -3PM) in the Woodinville and Snohomish areas, hours are fairly flexible. Companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, med reminders, etc.
Ideal candidate will be available at least 2 days per week and should have some caregiving experience but it does not need to be professional experience. Have you helped an elderly parent or grandparent as they aged or recovered from an injury or surgery?
Responsibilities:
- Treat people in the home with kindness and respect.
- Assist people in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep the home safe and clean.
- Keep an eye out for any unusual behavior.
- Deal with difficult situations.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed/certified CNA/NAR/HCA’s or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
- Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
- Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
- Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)
- Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
