- Assist clients with daily living activities (meals, light housekeeping, transportation, errands, personal care, and companionship)
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with clients and the leadership team for the best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
MUST be capable of representing the "Touching Hearts Way" by exemplifying our Six (6) Core Values: Professionalism, Consistency, Integrity, Compassion, Quality Training, and Safety
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields is welcome but not required
- Availability between the hours of 8a-6p
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to safely navigate stairs, lift 25lbs
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
- Have outstanding verifiable previous employment and personal reference
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a reliable vehicle and up-to-date auto insurance
