Our Little Falls, MN site is hiring immediately for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Resident Assistants (RA), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA). Full Time and Part Time Shifts- !!!ALL SHIFTS!!!

These positions are responsible for:
Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Accurately documenting information
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Following HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:
Compassion and care for those in the geriatric community
Great communication skills
Strong work ethic
Must thrive in a team work setting
Must be dependable, your co-workers rely on you but more importantly our residents need you there
Previous experience is preferred but not required
