Comprehensive Life resources is looking for a qualified and passionate to join our team as a School and Clinic based Case Manager.

Function: Providing Case Management services working directly with students in school and clinic Environments. Collaborating with school district personnel along with internal team members to help meet students individualized mental health and case management needs.

Servicing School Districts: Orting, White River, Peninsula, and Puyallup.

Responsibilities:

• Provide case management services to consumers, their families, and other caregivers in clinic and in a school setting.
• Collaborate weekly with school personnel.
• Conduct individual skills training and supportive counseling sessions to assigned clients.
• Co-lead skills-oriented therapeutic groups for children and teens in an outpatient and school setting.
• Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and other clinical paperwork in a timely manner.
• Advocate for consumers with other involved systems as needed.
• Work with mentally ill individuals and their families in a community setting.
• Help link consumers and their families/caregivers to community resources.
• Attend clinical staff meetings, and designated training sessions as required.
• Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained.
• Coordinate with schools and families to identify resources and other supports that may be needed.
• Coordinate with schools when in need of crisis support.
• In addition to the above, perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• All new hires will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or equivalent.
• WA State credential/license required.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license; proof of insurance.
