COMPASS is a private, non-profit, community based organization dedicated to serving high-risk, economically disadvantaged youth, adolescents and families who have a history of behavioral, social, emotional and educational disabilities. The COMPASS School is a therapeutic day school that provides educational, behavioral, and clinical services to special education students throughout eastern Massachusetts. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus: $1,000 in the first paycheck, $1,000 in the last paycheck of the year! COMPASS caseworkers provide behavioral support in the milieu. Caseworkers maintain communitcation with coolatorals and families. They are a vital member of each student's treatment team. Caseworkers also provide transportation for our Boston, Cambridge and Qunicy students. The applicant must be eligible to obtain a 7D drivers license.
