Ciocca Volkswagen of Allentown is seeking a Cashier to join our service team. If you desire to work in a positive, encouraging environment and start an exciting new career, now is your chance!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm, Saturdays as needed
Pay: $17-18 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist customers who enter the facility
- Answer incoming calls and inquires and direct calls to the appropriate department/person
- Assume responsibility for cash register to ensure that all amounts are correct
- Print receipts for customers, reconcile billing problems, issue refunds, and answer questions related to the cost of services
- Assist with general front desk clerical duties as needed
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Previous experience in a customer service-related fields welcomed, but not required
- Ability to perform basic math
- Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns and build rapport with clients
- Extraverted and friendly attitude
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
