We are a Mediterrean Grill and Bagel Shop fast-casual restaurant. We are a Christian company (closed on Sundays) and need freindly people with bright personilities to fill up our team.
Job Description:
Being a cashier at Zaaki requires you to work the register and multi-task quickly while ensuring great customer service at all times. Speaking in a clear, loud voice and communicating with your team is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowing the entire menu and the answers to any questions that customers may ask
- Having a positive and patient attitude towards all customers
- Communicating with the cook and your entire team at all times to avoid mistakes
- Keeping track of all orders and preparing them properly
- Multitasking efficiently in order to complete tasks as quickly as possible
- Keeping the front display clean and presentable at all times
- Cleaning designated stations in an timely manner.
- Keeping an inventory of the food items displayed in the front
- Following all the company’s standard operating procedures listed in their handbook
Requirements/Qualifications
- Must possess good judgment and strong decision making skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Communication and Leadership skills
- Ability to spot and resolve issues
- Recommended working experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
