Cashier/Cook Job at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Making candies to restock shelves with.
* Understanding how candy machines work, and following directions for optimal product quality
* Greet and direct customers
* Ensure racks are fully stocked with both storemade and factorymade products
* Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
* Be able to follow written and oral instructions in order to insure maintaining the quality level of our products.
* After the training period you should be able to work well independently without supervision. Your shift is the day shift which means you would be the main producer of our products.
* Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
* Stay up-to-date with new products/services
* Deep cleaning, dishes and keeping your work areas clean.
Skills
* An energetic and fun individual who “can’t sit still”. Your high energy is your most valuable asset for the success of the store.
* Understanding of the retail sales process
* Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
* Basic math skills.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
* Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
*Ability to energetically perform during the slower paced times.
*Training provided to successful candidate
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.50 to $17 per hour depending on Experience
