We are currently seeking a Cashier & Receptionist to become an integral part of our team! You will work with customers to cashier payments on services and parts sales as well as vehicle sales. You will also answer phones and assist with general customer questions in store.

Responsibilities:

• Collect payment for Repair Orders and Parts Tickets and generate a receipt
• Collect payment on Vehicle Sales and generate a receipt
• Collect Accounts Receivable payments
• General receptionist duties, answer phones and customer questions
• Filing of repair orders, parts tickets, and receipts
• Scanning repair orders, parts tickets, and car deals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Bilingual is preferred (Spanish)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong communication skills for assisting customers and working with team members
• Strong writing and computer skills for communicating with customers and vendors via email
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Positive attitude and honest
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
