Job Summary:
As the Category Manager you will own the consumer product offerings for the Kodak Moments digital commerce business and wake up each day strategizing how to drive more business for the personalized photo products category. You will identify, evaluate, implement, and manage category plans and strategic sourcing initiatives for a range of products. In this role you will work with product, marketing, and operations teams to bring new products to market, monitor the performance of products already in market and rationalize the product portfolio based on business objectives.

A successful candidate will have experience in the category management processes, lead with a customer first mindset, and make data driven decisions. Experience in photo products or home decor categories preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Set overall product category strategy for the digital commerce direct-to-consumer business
• Partner with new and existing suppliers to lead Category Management, resulting in profitable growth
• Build overall product category selection and pricing strategies for the US on Kodak Moments web and mobile apps
• Act as category expert by driving Category Development principles through the use of internal data and market research
• Drive profitability through clear understanding of product margin and mix
• Drive Category Management timelines and calendar and partner with the marketing team to deliver campaigns in support of product goals
• Project and measure category sales and KPI’s. Regularly share category performance with cross-department groups to align on opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Own customer insights for the respective category and develop a strategy for ensuring we are meeting the expectations of our various customer segments
• Utilize consumer research to establish category and product direction
• Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation
• Work closely with suppliers, operations, and supply chain to assure the customer satisfaction

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS, BA) required
• 3+ years minimum category management experience
• Exhibits excellent attention to detail
• Evidence of outstanding organizational skills
• Demonstrates a bias towards action
• Exhibits excellent collaboration teamwork mentality
• Evidence of agile problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates articulate, concise, and professional written and verbal communications
