Earnings potential up to $20.00 or higher! Earnings potential is based on a base wage of $16.50 and an additional $3.50 when you are driving. When you are not driving you are eligible to participate in our achieve bonus program. Here is how the achieve program works: Based on your individual performance at 80% performance your wage with bonus equates to $20.11 per hour; at 100% performance your wage now equates to $21.66 and increases as your performance % increases. We also have bonuses based on our facility efficiencies (team-work is key).

This role drives gasoline or diesel powered tractor trailer combination or panel truck to transport and deliver merchandise. Serve as Big Rock Sports ambassadors to our independent retail customer and performs warehouse duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drives truck based on assigned route with the potential of overnight stays
• Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition
• Maintains driver log according to DOT regulations
• May help warehouse associates load truck
• Unloads truck at each customer stop
• Performs warehouse duties, including housekeeping and material handling, when not driving
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with Big Rock Sports’ safety guidelines, including but not limited to: safe operation of all machinery, tools, and equipment; proper use of safety devices; maintains housekeeping standards
• Other duties as assigned

• Certificates and Licenses: Valid Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement. Powered industrial equipment certification(s), or the ability to obtain and maintain such certifications through a company-administered, OSHA-approved class.
