Engages in providing sterile and non-sterile supplies, equipment, instruments, procedural trays, and services for the care and treatment of patients.
Education and Formal Training:
- Completion of High School or equivalent outside study.
- Completion of pre-certification test required within one year of employment.
- Certification required after successful completion of pre-certification test one year after employment.
- One year in a Central Sterile setting preferred.
