We are seeking an outgoing, compassionate individual to perform all aspects of a medical assistant in a busy multi-practitioner primary care office. This position is permanent, full time with typical hours of Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm and Friday, 7:30 am – 12:00 pm
Qualifications:
- Certification Preferred
- Experience Preferred – but will accept new graduates
- Ability to Multi-task
- Strong Patient Relation Skills
- Computer Skills
Job Duties Include:
- Triage of patients
- Perform and Record Basic Vital Signs
- Administer Injections
- Perform Point of Care Lab Tests and EKG
- Manage HIPAA Compliant Patient Communication
- Documentation of Care in Electronic Medical Record System
- Daily Cleaning and Stocking of Exam Rooms
- Assist with Minor Procedures
Healthpoint Medical Group of the Emerald Coast is a privately, locally owned medical clinic that specializes in family care. Our practice is composed of five providers with clinical and administrative support staff. We provide professional, friendly care while maintaining federal and local compliance requirements.
