Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Job at Pocahontas Manor Care Center
Pocahontas Manor Care Center is currently hiring 1 CNA/CMAs due to our growing census! Our CMAs work 12 hour shifts (3 shifts per week) and every third weekend. on full time. Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- Hold current CMA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state specific certification (includes current CNA certification)
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions:
Responsibilities
- person-centered care and medication administration to our residents
- Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) are responsible for administering medications, documentation in medical records, and performing treatments in coordination with the resident’s care plan, the facility’s policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
- Also expected to assist with call lights and other resident care duties.
