Required Skills
· 10+ years of Project/Program management with more focus on Change management initiatives
· Proficient knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, lines of business supported, project management, organization practices, business culture(s) and business transformation
· Knowledge of current and emerging trends
· Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
· Knowledge of project/program support, planning and implementation
· Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure the completion of initiatives
· Skill in mentoring, and coaching
· Skill in using software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
· Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
· Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
· Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
· Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
· Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions
· Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities
· Lead one or more Organizational Change Management (OCM) work streams in client-facing large-scale business transformation initiatives
· Develop an OCM strategy and roadmap to improve the adoption of major transformation initiatives
· Responsible for managing the change management project to include things such as business readiness, stakeholder management, organizational design, training plan, resistance issues, cultural issues, workforce transition plan, and communication
· Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities- Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
· Support communication efforts- Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
· Assess the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
· Support training efforts- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
· Form and organise performance metrics to assess and evaluate change adoption and utilisation of changed functions and/or systems
· Apply evaluation methodologies to regularly assess the effectiveness and sustainability of change management strategies and activities
· Collect and analyze feedback, diagnose any gaps and remaining resistance, and identify process improvements
· Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders including business and HR leadership
· As a part of the overall management operating system facilitate and host the business readiness group
· Build networks of change champions and agents. (Train the Trainer approach)
· Value Engineering – Working with the client to help identify the value – Value Engineering, Value Assurance and Value Realization.
· Work in Partnership with the Program and Project Managers to ensure a thoughtful and robust project and project management operating system (MOS) is in place that aligns to the need of the team
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
