Chef Thomas Keller's Yountville restaurant, Ad Hoc, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food, beverage and hospitality to join our culinary brigade as a Chef de Partie.

Opened in 2006 and originally intended as a temporary concept, Ad Hoc presents American comfort food of Chef Keller's childhood in a casual dining setting. The restaurant's daily-changing four-course menu is served family-style, capturing the conviviality of home.

Qualified individuals should possess a strong attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skill of a minimum of 2+ years of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a strong team collaborator.
