Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Chef De Partie / Line Cook to join our team at Rosario Assisted Living. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional food production services to our residents, while creating and maintaining a clean, welcoming and lively atmosphere.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with dietary restrictions and food preferences
- Maintain clean and organized food production areas and equipment
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Ensure resident common area is clean and well-maintained
- Assist with setup and cleanup for special events and activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food production required.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
