We are hiring immediately for our Chick-fil-A Okemos store for both Front of House and Back of House Team Members!

Front of House Responsibilities and Requirements:

● Greet guests with a smile and friendly attitude

● Prepare all food with accuracy, speed, and quality

● Comply with all Chick-fil-A rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere

● Must be 16 years old or older to apply. Candidates under the age of 18 must have a valid work permit to apply.

● Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred

Back of House Kitchen Responsibilities and Requirements:

● Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

● Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director

● Must be 18 years old or older to apply for Back of House.

● Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH restaurant jobs is not required but preferred
