JOB DUTIES:

As a member of the Executive Committee, responsible for contributing to the future strategic direction of the corporation with knowledge in the areas of medical systems, financial systems management, supervision, and vision; responsible for the management and oversight of all internal and external financial reporting requirements needed to satisfy contract compliance, including the following:

1. Responsible for timely communication to the CEO and other executives.

2. Responsible for overseeing business planning development and the annual corporate budget.

3. Responsible for the direct establishment and maintenance of the company’s accounting principles, practices, policies, and procedures including processes for the implementation and maintenance of cash flow and its fiscal records.

4. Responsible for the supervision and development of internal and external financial audits and program operations.

5. Responsible for establishing and enhancing internal controls regarding contracting, revenue recognition policy, time reporting, billing, collections, payroll functions, and software development costs.

6. Responsible for overseeing administrative functions to safeguard and control company assets, property and equipment.

7. Responsible for the supervision of employees.

8. Consistently demonstrate and uphold CCCHC’s principle of providing quality health and human services to the medically underserved and low-income populations in a culturally sensitive manner.

  • Be able to demonstrate leadership, creativity and superior information system skills.
  • · Dependable transportation, automobile insurance, and a current CA Driver License.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience as a CFO required.
  • CPA, preferred.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration required.
  • Experience with ADP system preferred.

  • Ability to exhibit mature judgment, tact, discretion and confidentiality are mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $202,800.00 - $250,000.00 per year
