Chief Maintenance Engineer Job at CGL Companies
CGL Companies is seeking a qualified Chief Maintenance Engineer to join our experienced maintenance team at a facility in Lebanon, PA. This individual will be responsible for fulfilling the technical aspects of the maintenance contract, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and operable, and for managing the maintenance staff under her/his supervision.
*Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check*

The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of six years’ maintenance and/or commercial experience in the field of HVAC.
- A broad knowledge of the various skilled trades – Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general trades.
- Strong working knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Outstanding supervisory skills to hire, train, motivate and directly supervise employees.
