The Chief of Staff will leverage exceptional prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to coordinate all TEI asks and deliverables on behalf of our Chief Diversity Officer. The Chief of Staff will also provide administrative support to the Chief Diversity Officer and use excellent critical thinking skills to prioritize urgent items while ensuring that tactical and other operational items remain on track. The position will require a strong level of discretion, poise and diplomacy to efficiently and effectively prioritize and balance the needs of the Groupe and the bandwidth and remit of the centralized TEI organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with TEI team members and Groupe stakeholders to determine and prioritize business solutions and strategies
  • Managing the Chief Diversity Officer’s schedule including meetings, travel, and external speaking engagements
  • Planning, coordinating, and developing supporting materials for meetings such as PowerPoint decks and one-sheeters
  • Working with teams to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
  • Responding to routine inquiries on behalf of the Chief Diversity Officer
  • Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within internal business processes
  • Providing Chief Diversity Officer with insight and analysis on the team’s operations and processes
  • Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
  • Planning, coordinating and leading meetings and workshops
  • Identifying and providing recommendations on improvements across the organization. Seeking out opportunities to evaluate existing processes and make improvements when necessary
  • Provide administrative support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a role supporting and engaging with executive level employees
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Unparalleled empathy, discretion, and diplomacy
  • Excellent judgment, problem solving and decision-making ability
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize; demonstrated agility and flexibility

Compensation Range: $70,500-$117,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off
