Job Title: Chief Operation Officer (COO)

We seek an experienced, transformative, passionate, highly capable Chief Operating Officer for SolarJuice technology to drive the solar panels business. This position will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Lead SolarJuice Technology Pickup project execution (engineering, supply chain, vendors, etc.)

• Constantly evaluate and improve our day-to-day operations, processes, people, and procedures to ensure quality, speed, safety, and value creation.
• Be responsible for setting execution strategy and scope for the business across product development, solar parking lot, and EV chargers, and aligning the supporting teams (engineering, sourcing, project management) accordingly.
• As a critical senior leadership team member, be responsible for setting long-term growth strategies and creating plans to execute those strategies.
• Support sales and development functions with Solar panels in domestic state markets and international growth market opportunities
• Bring, build and maintain relationships with key partners, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers – a partnership mentality.
• Ensure operations are executed with high levels of safety and quality while encouraging continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in Solar panels, EV, and energy storage in areas of responsibility, including advances in technology, and implement best practices that enhance customer value proposition while maximizing efficiency and profitability
