Child Care Teacher Job at Rosebuds Early Learning Center
We are looking for Child Care Teachers to develop a spiritually healthy environment for children while providing a safe, nurturing learning environment. Teachers are expected to create and implement a developmentally and age-appropriate curriculum which takes into consideration the needs of the individual child and encourages the child’s spiritual, social, cognitive, physical, and emotional development. All teachers are to maintain positive, professional relationships with parents, children, co-workers, and the church community. Our teachers are also encouraged to model Christ-like behavior while supporting state licensing rules, health, and safety policies as well as Rosebuds’ policies and procedures.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, be able to pass a background study, be willing to complete required trainings such as abusive head trauma, sudden unexpected infant death, cpr/first aid, etc. Experience in Licensed Child Care Centers is preferred, not required. College courses or approved continuing education hours are preferred, not required.
We are open Monday-Friday. Our business hours are 6:30am to 6:00pm. Spaces available are:
Infant/toddler assistant, Toddler lead teacher, Preschool lead teacher, preschool assistant, School-age before/after school lead teacher. We anticipate child enrollment increasing rapidly and we would love to have new team members join us right away!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
