Child Welfare Specialist Job at VieMed Healthcare Staffing
VHS is looking for Child Welfare Specialists (RSW) for the Baton Rouge Area!!!
Candidates need to be available Monday thru Fridays from 3pm-11pm (40 hrs/wk)
$35/hr plus mileage reimbursement for call outs.
Requirements:
- Worker level would be bachelor’s (RSW) or Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of working with children and families in a professional setting.
- This worker will be a case carrying staff person and will maintain the case to continue working until closure/transfer to ongoing services.
- The ability to work overtime to address case crisis’ and any legal requirements that extend beyond the designated shift.
- In accordance with state laws, selected candidates must pass the following checks before any final job offer will be made: Drug Test, Criminal Background, State Central Registry, and Louisiana State Police Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
