Our company is currently seeking a Childcare Office Clerk to assist the Director in processing and certifying applications for families applying for childcare servies. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent typing skills and customer service experience. The Childcare Office Clerk will be responsible for entering data provided by parents into an online database system, and we are looking for a candidate who is extremely detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and who possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computers.
- Answer phones.
- Answer parent questions.
- Process certified and re-certified applications for patients and visitors families applying for services under the state subsidized program.
- Maintain files of children served in the state and non-state subsidized program.
- Completion of childcare statistics
- Calculate and collect family fees
Work hours: 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Must be fully COVID vaccinated (2 Pfizer/ Moderna & Booster OR 1 J&J & Booster)
Hiring Salary: $16.25-17.00
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.25 - $20.00 per hour
