We are seeking to fill a full-time chiropractic or medical assistant position for someone with preference given to anyone is a credentialed chiropractic x-ray technician with the Department of Health. Will consider non-licensed for the right, exceptional candidate provided they are willing to complete the Chiropractic X-Ray Technician 48 hour training course, pass the exam and becoming registered with the Department of Health as required by WAC 246-808-215 (paid by company).

Some of the duties of this position include: Answering the phone and scheduling appointments, greet patients and check them in to their appointment, collect payments, fill records requests from patients and healthcare providers, may assist billing department as needed with accounts receivable/payable by entering payments and charges, calling patients for appointment reminders and following up calls for missed/ late appointments and assisting patients with paperwork. Most importantly, be extremely proficient at operating and caring for the X-Ray equipment, setting up patients for X-Rays, taking quality X-Rays, printing and/or burning CDs of X-Rays, taking patients to and from their rooms, conducting a series of testing with patients, taking health histories and instructing patients on performing certain recommended exercises (training will be provided).

This candidate work closely with doctors and other Chiropractic Assistants to manage daily patient flow.Competitive starting pay dependent upon experience. If a candidate is accepted who is not registered with the Department of Health as a chiropractic x-ray technician, pay will increase after registration is complete.
