About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant

In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the various teams and leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Manage daily reporting scripts using Python and identify new reporting/automation opportunities
  • Act as a capital markets / trading model subject matter expert for the Equities business to educate partners on requirements and monitor activities to ensure compliance with policies
  • Manage updates to the system of record for Equities models and ensure compliance with Model Risk Management Policy
  • Host model project forums for development and validation scheduling
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Capital Markets experience
  • Model or Model Governance experience, audit/testing, and project management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
