Citi Investment Management (CIM) is a group within Citi Global Wealth Investments (CGWI) that manages assets for Consumer, HNW, and UHNW clients. With approximately $100 billion in proprietary and third-party assets under management and advisement globally, CIM offers a broad suite of investment strategies within single and multi-asset class products.

CIM is seeking an Investment Support specialist who will take ownership of the day-to-day support of the entire CIM investment platform to ensure seamless working and timely availability, to strengthen and improve efficiency of portfolio management, trading desk, investment research and product teams in CIM. This role will also coordinate with other CGW teams to ensure successful integration and completion of process/data workflows for CIM portfolios and trades.

Responsibilities:

• Assume ownership and act as the point of contact for day-to-day support of various CIM portfolio management systems
• Ensure effective functioning and timely availability of systems for CIM Portfolio management and Trading
• BAU support for CIM Portfolio managers, Portfolio assistants, Traders, CIM Ops and other teams
• Acknowledge issues raised, escalate, and provide updates on resolution
• Work with back office and middle office teams to ensure end-to-end data feeds
• Work with Production Support to ensure timely batch completions
• Work with Technology and Production Support teams to troubleshoot issues, identify and test fixes/enhancements for the issues raised by PMs and Traders
• Work with CIM Product team on setup required for launch of new product/strategy
• Escalate vendor product issues and work with vendor teams for resolution
• Work with Technology and vendor teams on upgrades, patches and implementation projects with focus on testing to ensure successful rollouts.
• Monitor and make sure the SLAs are met by external vendors and internal partners
• Assist with management reporting

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience in Financial Services – Investment/Wealth management industry preferred
• Working knowledge of Portfolio management process, systems/tools, and data (including Equity, Fixed Income, FX trading)
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Desirable experience in Charles River, BondEdge, PERFORM/CreditScope, Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar investment platforms and/or market data toolsets.
• Excellent analytic and critical thinking skills
• Experience in working with multiple teams/partners including business, technology, production support, operations, business risk and infrastructure teams.
• Detail oriented with acumen to identify issues
• Self-motivated with ability to work cooperatively, prioritize and multi-task within in a team-oriented, often fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
