As a Claims Readiness and Performance Solutions Director you would report to the Sr Director of Provider Operations Readiness & Performance Solutions. This is a key leadership role supporting the claims operations within Provider Solutions & Operations. You would own the development and execution of all key business readiness functions including quality review, quality inspection and performance and coaching to deliver on our brand promise to our internal stakeholders and enabling a best-in-class provider service experience in healthcare. Problems faced are often complex and will require the ability to influence others, including senior leaders, through effective communication and decision making.

How you’ll make an impact:
Aligning the vision and strategy of the Provider Readiness and Performance Solutions team to key business priorities and initiatives
Enabling optimal and consistent service delivery through the Quality and Coaching functions
Driving efficiency through integration and automation of quality control programs
Owning identification and supporting execution of process improvement initiatives within the Claims operations necessary to continuously improve key metrics
Driving strategic deliverables for initiatives/projects to support strategic roadmaps, objectives and opportunity analysis, where applicable
Collaborating with cross-functional matrix partners, operations and human resources teams to ensure planning, execution, adoption and reporting strategies for relates areas of responsibility
Ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders and internal management.
Leading and providing continuous development to a top talent team that drives results and strong partnerships

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or professional certifications
10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
10+ years of progress change leadership or learning environment experience
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and facilitate discussions across a matrix organization
Advanced knowledge of the healthcare industry
Excellent oral, written presentation and communication skills
Leadership experience with proven ability to attract exceptional talent and develop effective teams
Demonstrated ability to drive results with sense of urgency in an often ambiguous and rapidly changing environment

We expect this role to remain fully virtual, work from home, and operates Monday through Friday, normal business hours or as business needs dictate.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 142,500 - 237,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
