We are searching for experienced roll clamp and fork truck operators for our fast paced roles at our Devens paper & packaging plant. Learn our safety, quality and production culture then take advantage of our tuition reimbursement to attend college or trade school. Experienced truck operators are highly valued. If you have some experience we will invest in training if you have work ethic and a desire to learn our WestRock way. Roll clamp experience is highly valued.

These are long term jobs located in Devens, MA. We have the best team in the business, and we count on your reliable transportation, great attendance and a super work ethic. You will make between $20.97 and $22.82 an hour plus a shift differential. We have an excellent benefits package. Health & dental insurance is available immediately upon hire.

Most of our fork truck openings are on the overnight shift.

• We will train you to read a tape measure! Basic math and computer skills give you a leg up!
• We will train you if you want to learn. If you have manufacturing experience, especially corrugated experience it will be highly valued.
• Basic English is helpful. Hablamos Español!
