Job Description

We are currently seeking a full time residential cleaner for a property management company in the Regent Square and Wilkinsburg areas. The hours of this job are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. The qualified candidate will be responsible for following and completing daily cleaning checklists. This will include cleaning the common areas of apartment buildings, cleaning of stairwells and shared hallway spaces, exteriors of buildings, windows, and sweeping/mopping of floors. The goal is to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all CP Development properties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Clean common areas of buildings including hallway spaces, laundry rooms, and stairwells.

· Complete cleaning checklists to report back to supervisor

· Clean and stock vacant apartments

· Clean walls and windows

· Sweeping and mopping of floors, dusting, vacuuming, and scrubbing carpets

· Dispose of trash in common areas and restrooms

· Report any maintenance issues found within apartments to supervisor

· Clean apartments for move-ins and move-outs of future and prior tenants

· Maintain positive and professional relationship with tenants

· Report to cleaning supervisor at the beginning and end of each shift

Pay and Benefits Offered

· Pay: $16.00 per hour

· Signing Bonus of $1000 after 60 days of employment

· Paid time off and paid holidays

· Paid gas allowance on duty

· 6 percent attendance bonus of entire salary after one year of employment

· Performance review after 90 days with possible raise and bonus

· Health Insurance eligible after 90 days

Minimum Qualifications

-Valid U.S. Drivers License

-Has 1 year of relevant experience

-Reliable transportation to and from work

-Must have positive attitude and good work ethic

-Able to pass background check
