Cleaning Tech / Housekeeper Job at Ness Management, LLC
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to work between our Stanwood, Burlington, and Bellingham properties!
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated cleaning technician/house keeper. This is a fast-paced position, that requires being able to pivot when the need arises.
Position Information:
- Job Type - Full-Time
- Location – Properties span from Stanwood to Bellingham, working on a daily rotation schedule for each city.
- Schedule – Monday - Friday – Additional days and hours may be required based on needs.
- Compensation is DOE + Company paid benefits package
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the properties (grounds, internal, exterior)
Effectively coordinating and communicating with the owner's personal assistant, as well as the Regional Maintenance Manager
Janitorial duties per specific request or property needs
Qualifications:
Effective conflict resolution
Customer Service
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Dependable availability
Personal accountability - ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of computers and web-based programs
Problem solving
Heavy lifting and carrying (50lbs+)
Bending/kneeling/stooping
Climbing and balancing
Inside and outside work environment - including all weather conditions as needed
Requirements for this position include:
Valid driver's license
Authorized to work in the US
Resume required with references
Must pass pre-employment criminal background check
