Mohegan Lake Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full time Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Lake Mohegan, NY.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet clients and patients, deliver best in class customer service, and make sure all client questions are answered in an informative and friendly manner
  • Communicate and collaborate with staff regarding patient care and client questions
  • Document communications and conversations
  • Maintain common areas
  • Perform intake/discharge duties
  • General administrative duties
  • Answer multiple phone lines
  • Fill/dispense medications per doctor’s orders
  • Manage the appointment schedule
  • Receive payments for services rendered

What We’d Like:

  • Someone with at least one year of experience in a veterinary customer service setting
  • A candidate with highly evolved written/verbal communication skills
  • Someone that is comfortable around all types of animals – primarily dogs and cats
  • A person who is exceptionally organized and has a keen eye for detail
  • Someone with the ability to adapt and work well in a busy environment
  • A passion for animals
