Client Operations Manager

Essential Duties

  • Leverage data and conducts analysis to proactively deliver business insights, develop and track OKR’s and related dashboards
  • Deliver actionable results / recommendations for the business that accelerate growth in a measurable way
    Manage OKR process to ensure team remains focused and on track to meet deliverables
  • Own the intake, documentation, and distribution of outcomes of client visits and related work
  • Ensure current client processes are accurately captured in applicable systems
  • Work with client success leadership to ensure accuracy and clean data in applicable systems
  • Work with client success leadership to create, maintain and distribute documentation including SOP’s, areas of ownership and respective client communication cadences
  • Document and communicate the client journey and propose improvements
  • Partner with finance team to ensure accurate forecasting, annual budgeting
  • Assist client leadership team to coordinate and implement teambuilding and educational events
  • Manage release process to ensure clients are on newest product version
  • Other duties as assigned


Education and/or Experience Needed

BS/BA in Business Administration or related field/ 5+ years’ experience in client facing or operations/project position. Prior experience in client facing role preferred.


Qualifications You Must Have

  • Strong technical aptitude to include intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office programs and project management tools
  • Experience with PowerBI strongly preferred
  • Strong analysis capabilities
  • Project management acumen
  • Excellent writing skills including experience writing and communicating department and program documentation
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Works with minimal direction, proactively promotes an open flow of information
  • Ability to think strategically
  • High energy, team-oriented self-starter with high sense of urgency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and influence internal departments

Work Environment

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Up to 25% travel may be required. After hours work may be required in order to meet project milestones.
