JOB PURPOSE
Support the team and clients at a higher level with export licensing, solution based problem solving and performing client inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Applying and managing export licenses.
  • Directly communicate with customers via phone, internet, and email.
  • Provide support to clients for product related inquiries.
  • Review and process orders received from clients.
  • Developing all resources that aid in resolving clients inquiries.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement programs.
  • Process and respond to clients inquiries, deductions, requirements, complaints, and other needs in the most expeditious and courteous manner possible (i.e., shipping errors, entry errors, and traffic questions).
  • Communicate lead times to clients as required and follow through to ensure that commitments are either met or the customer receives as much advance notice as possible.
  • Assist in developing work procedures and work instructions.
  • Participate in continuous program of training on products, promotions, policies, etc.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
  • Proficient with the computer and the ability to quickly learn a variety of computer programs.
  • Proficient level in Excel and other software.
  • Two plus years' experience in client services or equivalent.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and the ability to multitask at a high level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, problem solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
Desirable:
  • Experience managing customer portals.
  • Related industry experience.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Oracle and/or Salesforce software programs
