We are a family run insurance agency out of Rathdrum, ID. We believe that people should help others and be an example of kindness and love always. We want the employees in our office to be excited to come to work and we strive to provide an upbeat, positive atmosphere.
Employment with our agency includes monthly goals to further team building in our office, monthly bonus opportunities, positive work atmosphere, some snacks and lunches provided at work, compassion, cooperation, and support from those around you.
Essential responsibilities: Customer service, answering phones, making insurance changes and possibly writing policies, solving problems for customers, scanning documents, emailing, processing in-coming and out-going mail, processing insurance payments, generally keeping customers satisfied with our service.
Qualifications:
-Be dependable, self-motivated, and team oriented
-Have a strong work-ethic
-Able to answer phones quickly, with a cheerful attitude and a smile
-Kind to clients and co-workers
-Knowledgeable about insurance (or willing to learn)
-Able to type 50 WPM or higher
-Able to learn new computer programs easily
-Open to getting licensed to sell insurance in Idaho
-Able to join our team soon
