Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
Administers, configures, supports and troubleshoots systems and applications related to servers, applications and end-user issues. Provides upper level support for Help Desk personnel including troubleshooting issues at the workstation level.
EDUCATION: Associates Degree or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Three years client/server networking, personal computer hardware and software experience. Three years experience creating and configuring Windows virtual and physical servers. Working knowledge of Active Directory and associated tools.
LICENSE: Valid Local Driver's License and Valid Passport.
TRAVEL: 10% travel to both domestic and international Tropical locations.
